| Information: | S11-M transformer is a Type R wound-core distribution transformer developed by the Tianling Switchgear Factory. In accordance with the 'Energy Saving Technical Program of China' the factory using home and aboard advanced technology for reference has successfully developed the product. The core of R type distribution transformer is made of oriented crystal line cold-rolled strip silicon steel. The core is a wound closure without need of cutting. Its section is nearly round. There are not air gaps in the magnetic circuits. The core is annealed. As compared to the Type S9 transformer with the same capability, the Type S11-M transformer's no-load losses decrease by 35%, the no-load exciting current decreases by 70%, and its noise decreases by 12dB and more. The full sealed transformer eliminates the need of reservoir. The changes of oil volume are compensated by the elastic adjustment of corrugated sheet. For reasons that the way of contacting air is isolated, the insulation is seldom moistened with the decrease of its aging rate. In addition, the operation reliability of the transformer greatly increases and its operation life is prolonged obviously. |
